Job Requirements / Description
As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for identifying goals and objectives, architecting marketing strategies, and conceptualizing integrated campaigns to generate market demand and exceed annual pipeline goals. You will work closely with Product Marketing counterparts to achieve these objectives.

Hybrid - virtual and in office

Responsibilities
Interpret and apply various campaign approaches based on goals, objectives, and audience, including new contact acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, and install base.
Collaborate with other marketing functions such as Field Marketing, Solutions Marketing Teams, Marketing Operations, Web, Events, and Media to ensure campaign success.
Execute campaigns within budget guidelines and resources, making critical budget recommendations to ensure overall campaign effectiveness.
Manage the execution, launch timelines, and measurement of campaigns and tactics.
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and gather new ideas from industry analysts, experts, vendors/agencies, and peers/competitors.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of B2B campaign marketing experience, ideally with a technology vendor (security experience is a plus).
Proven experience with integrated marketing campaign planning and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
History of developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing campaigns (including digital, direct marketing, and events).
Experience collaborating with and managing marketing agencies and vendors to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns.
Comprehensive knowledge of the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape and the latest online marketing, campaign, and content strategies.
Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail.
Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and comfortable adding new ideas.
Team player, motivated self-starter with relationship-building skills, a positive attitude, and a passion to learn.
Excellent project management skills, verbal communication, and presentation abilities.
