We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer to join us full-time in one of our office locations (Champlin, MN, Oakville, ON, Calgary, AB, Quebec, QC). In this role, our new team member will be instrumental in designing electrical systems for automated water treatment systems, and will also play a crucial role in improving our internal processes. The day-to-day: Actively participate in the electrical design of automated water treatment systems, covering various areas such as potable water production, industrial process water manufacturing, and wastewater treatment; Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, particularly regarding quality control, compliance with current standards and codes, and updating technical documents; Supervise electrical work in the factory and ensure rigorous monitoring of system tests; Conduct thorough review and validation of power and control electrical schematics; Provide valuable support to the sales team by assisting in bid preparation, including cost evaluation, analysis of technical specifications, and specific requirements; Collaborate closely with various internal departments, consisting of engineers, technicians, and project managers, to facilitate smooth communication and optimal synergy. The skills we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field for the position; Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment; Ability to interpret power & control electrical schematics; Knowledge of electrical components for automation, instrumentation, control, and power; Proficiency in software such as EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar drawing software; Availability to occasionally travel to the Ham-Nord plant; Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with great attention to detail; Ability to manage priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to work in a team with a positive and professional attitude. ``` #J-18808-Ljbffr
