Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in Bishops Cleeve! This full-time, office-based role is perfect for someone eager to study for their AAT qualification while gaining hands-on experience. Responsibilities • Bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients using Xero and Hubdoc • Assisting with VAT returns • Scanning and processing invoices and receipts • Bank reconciliations and reviewing Xero ledgers • Onboarding new clients, including compliance checks and software setup • Payroll processing, including pension returns • Regular client communication and general finance admin Requirements • Personable and effective communicator • Experience with online accounting software (preferred) • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) • Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills • Flexible, motivated, and proactive approach • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Benefits • Onsite parking in a modern office • Company pension • 25 days holiday + bank holidays • Half day on Fridays • Study Support For IMMEDIATE consideration send your CV to CAT at i2i recruitment today!
