For our estimated client, an international company in the tourism sector, we are looking for and Quality control employee.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Quality Control Department (90%) :
Support the build up of the Quality Control department
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department Collect & read various feedback sources; guest surveys and cruise reports Identify relevant feedback for Quality Control (QC) processing Enter data into QC logs, update/analysis of statistics; Liaise & follow up with ship management team Develop plans and solutions to tackle issues, mitigate risks, and improve general processes Provide structured ad constructive feedback
Cruise Director Management (10%)
Administrative support: Contracting Updating systems Liaising with Cruise Directors
Requirements
At least 2 years experience in the hospitality or tourism industry Experience interpreting data on client feedback; Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel skills) and Outlook; Fluent command of the English language, both written and spoken; Good interpersonal, communication skills; Good problem-solving skills; Ability to navigate complexity and develop solutions that benefit all stakeholders involved Capable of working independently and as a team; Ability to prioritize own work, to efficient time management and to work under pressure to meet deadlines; Accurate and accountable; Knowledge of AI tools and coding software is a plus
