Our client is looking for a talented UX & Digital Designer with a passion for creating high-quality digital assets, optimising user experiences, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple platforms.  Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, CRM leads, and other designers to define and implement innovative digital design solutions. Create visually compelling digital assets for websites, including banners, iconography, and overall user experiences. Design and refine email templates for CRM campaigns, collaborating closely with the CRM team to continuously optimise templates for engagement. Develop creative assets for various paid media channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and business goals. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions. Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and data to optimise for user engagement and satisfaction. Ensure consistency of the user experience and visual design across all digital touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines. Support the ongoing development of the brand’s visual identity, bringing fresh and creative ideas to enhance user engagement. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of digital design experience, preferably at an ecommerce agency or within a brand in a similar industry. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop. (Print design experience is not applicable.) Experience working with CRM platforms like Klaviyo or similar (Mailchimp, etc.). Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing methods. We look forward to reviewing your application on behalf of our client
