We’re committed to hiring the crème de la crème! Here’s how we’ll know you are the energetic leader we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree and CPHR preferred Proven track record of 10+ years leading a team in training, development, and talent management. Proficient with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia. Expertise in adult learning principles and exceptional facilitation skills. Proficiency in designing and developing training solutions, including needs analysis, setting objectives, developing course material, and evaluation methods.
