In the context of a replacement, the Innovation Strategy business unit is looking for its future Sustainable Innovation Strategist with a focus on biodiversity, soil and nature-based solutions! As a confirmed consultant, you will be working on several European research & innovation projects within the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programs, as well as client assignments (for startups, corporates, institutions, local authorities…).The variety of missions for this position requires an agile profile, with the ability to work in different sectors including in priority biodiversity and nature-based solutions (soil, sustainable agriculture & forestry, water, urban development, etc.), and as a plus on : circular economy, low-carbon energies, climate adaptation and mitigation and resilient/decarbonized cities. You will also contribute to LGI internal activities.You will join the Innovation Strategy team composed of 14 LGIers (junior, confirmed and senior consultants, as well as occasional interns) and Joanne, the BU manager.You will also work with other LGI business units (Management, Tech, Communication) when your project involves their teams.As a Sustainable Innovation Strategist At LGIUnder the general supervision of the Head of Innovation Strategy, you will be involved in the following activities (the list is not exhaustive) on European collaborative projects and client assignments, that you will lead as project manager or contribute to:Go-to-market strategyMarket studiesStakeholder mapping, Value chain analysisValue proposition design, Business modeling, Business planningIntellectual property rights (IPR) management, Commercialization strategyScale-up strategiesInnovation ManagementDesign thinking, Workshop and seminar facilitationOpen innovation, Systemic innovationInnovation camp, Citizen engagementStrategic vision building, Sustainable innovation strategy, Net zero strategy“Impact as a Service”Impact strategy, Theory of changeEnvironmental assessment (LCA, carbon/ biodiversity/ water footprints…)Socio-economic assessment (LCC, social acceptance…)Environmental EconomicsCircularity assessmentTechnology assessment / roadmapPublic policy evaluation, Regulatory assessmentBusiness developmentContribution to the development of R&D proposals and B2B tendersIn addition, the ideal candidate will have interest in developing socio-economic models for nature-based solutions (NbS) and local value perception analysis. You will be participating to tasks such as Soil Living Lab initiatives, creating legacy business models for remediation services, and evaluating the socio-economic impacts of NbS across various European contexts. Your work will involve stakeholder engagement, social return on investment analyses, and contributing to sustainable road mapping and exploitation plans.A strong interest in topics related to Soil, Nature, NBS, as well as Cities and Urban areas, is expected.The position also involves contributing to internal activities (capacity building, knowledge management, dissemination, etc.)The job will require short-term French, EU and international traveling. #J-18808-Ljbffr
