Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Managing all aspects of quantity surveying from pre-construction to final account * Implementing effective cost management strategies to ensure project profitability * Conducting thorough cost analysis and reporting to stakeholders * Procuring subcontractors and managing contractual agreements. * Collaborating closely with the project team to drive efficiency and mitigate risks * Providing expert advice on contractual matters and dispute resolution. Your Experience: While previous experience in school projects is preferred, it's not essential. We're looking for candidates who possess: * A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on projects of similar scale and complexity. * Strong analytical and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in relevant software and tools. * A passion for delivering excellence and exceeding expectations.
