We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Assistant Property Manager for a 345-unit residential apartment community located in Silver Spring, MD (Westchester West). A minimum of three (3) years related experience and/or training in residential property management is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the community
- Collecting/posting of rents
- Collection of delinquent rents
- Preparation of suit lists
- Monthly close out
- Maintaining resident files
- Marketing/ Outreach
- Other tasks assigned by the Property Manager.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Prior leasing/ sales experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong organization/ leadership skills
- The ability to multitask
- Professional appearance
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Yardi
- Ability to work weekends
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) required
