We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest experience
- Manage restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory, and labour management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives
