Citi’s full-time Analyst program starts in the Summer of 2025 and begins with orientation and training. This is a highly competitive and selective program that gives recent graduates an introduction to our Fixed Income, Currencies, Commodities, and Equities franchises as well as the main roles in Markets in Sales, Trading and Structuring. Full time Analysts gain exposure to senior professionals who will serve as their mentors throughout the program.Your time here will look something like this...Shadow a variety of positions in Sales, Trading or Structuring on various desks and asset classes across the trading floor.Build specific tools and analytics to help your Sales, Trading or Structuring team to achieve their goals more efficiently.Participate in client development, including coordinating data with clients and assisting in preparing new ideas to clients or internal.Spend time learning and building your knowledge on how to make prices, manage risk and execute trades across all asset classes.We want to hear from you if...You are in your final year of university or have graduated.Expected to achieve or have achieved a 14-16 or equivalent at undergraduate level in any degree discipline.You have a good understanding of finance and have an interest in Markets. Previous experience in Financial Markets would be advantageous.Ideally graduating with a Finance Master’s/Bachelor’s degree from a Business or Engineering school.You have strong knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel.Knowledge of programming languages (VBA, Python, …) is highly desirable.You have excellent interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail, a self-starter, who enjoys working as part of a team.You must be fluent in written and spoken French and English.Who we think will be a great fit...You are interested in Markets and you're determined to succeed in the field.
