BILINGUAL Architectural Technologist - AutoCAD (French & English)

Nicholas Caragianis Architect Inc is a medium sized firm located in Ottawa, with projects across Canada. We are looking for Bilingual (French & English) Architectural Technologists skilled and experienced in producing both English and French Contract Documents, to join our team as full time employees. Key personal attributes required are excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a great team attitude. Revit competency and experience would be considered an asset. QUALIFICATIONS: Accredited Architectural Technologist Diploma Minimum three years experience using the OBC and/or NBCC Proficient in AutoCAD Ability to work independently as well in a collaborative environment Skilled in using Excel, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam Good understanding of theory of technical building details Experience with RFIs, SIs, CCOs, COs, Addenda, and SD reviews Please state experience with above listed qualifications PLEASE PROVIDE PORTFOLIO WITH YOUR RESUME Thank you to all applicants; however, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
