The subsidiary has 2,300 employees at 80 sites across the country and serves more than 300,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?This position covers a scope that includes 4 countries: France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal (Cluster South West Europe) and gathers more than 4,000 people across over 150 sites. The scope, including France (the Group's country of origin), faces particularly exposed reputation challenges. This “Cluster South West Europe” is currently experiencing unprecedented dynamism in its activities related to energy transition (particularly the decarbonization of industry) and major internal transformations. These initiatives are part of a growth perspective and aim to prepare the organization of tomorrow.We are looking for a highly qualified and dynamic leader to join our South West Europe management team as Director of Communication and Transformation. In this pivotal role, you will lead the communication teams and be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to support the overall strategic roadmap aligned with Air Liquide's transformation objectives and Corporate Communication (Europe & Head Office).1. You will be in charge of the Strategic Communication of the ClusterYour main responsibility will be to provide effective internal/external communication on our operational and commercial activities and to participate in the development of change management strategies.You will actively promote all initiatives regarding energy transition for the South West Cluster.As a Business Partner, you will collaborate with the Cluster South West Executive Committee to develop knowledge and skills on communication and transformation issues.You will adapt the Group communication roadmap within the South West Cluster (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal) to promote and preserve the Group's reputation. You will effectively deploy internal communications echoing Group events or messages and personalizing them in close coordination with the VP Cluster and the country DGs.You will assume a more direct leadership role for France, closely collaborating with the French communication team and the DG and its Management Committee of the French entity.2. You will lead the Communication teams of the South West ClusterYou will bring your communication expertise and strategic vision to local teams, ensuring a link between the Group's strategy and local operational entities.You will functionally animate the communication teams based in Italy and Iberia, with a more direct role for France. You will also lead the editorial committee.You will participate in the Group's communication network initiatives.You will contribute to the Group's Talent Reviews.You will pilot the KPI for the SWE cluster, based on the Group's and the Cluster's priorities.You will be responsible for deploying and governing the Group's communication processes and guidelines.3. You will be the guarantor of change communicationYou will support initiatives related to change management and contribute to the cultural transformation towards a performance-oriented culture, in line with the Group's orientations.You will closely collaborate with Senior Executives Business leaders and the VP HR SWE to encourage and promote expected practices/behaviors.4. You will ensure the creation and dissemination of creative and compelling contentYou will write and disseminate creative and compelling content for external and internal audiences in various formats (articles, speeches, presentations, videos, position papers, press releases, Q&A…) and will be responsible for organizing external and internal events that meet the editorial requirements and standards of the Group.You will be the strategic business partner of the VP SWE and the DG ALFI for all public interventions and external/internal events.Are you a MATCH?You have a solid experience (10 years required) in writing and deploying a communication strategy, internally and externally, particularly in a strong organizational transformation context.You demonstrate a real ability to mobilize all levels of the organization on communication and business issues.You have proven experience in strategic change management.Your ability to effectively prioritize allows you to manage multiple topics simultaneously and efficiently manage your projects.You have had the opportunity to implement crisis communication.Your experience has allowed you to collaborate effectively across various sectors, different cultural contexts, and at all organizational levels.Your leadership enables you to influence your organization and gain acceptance for new effective solutions that improve the performance culture.Business experience would be greatly appreciated.Finally, regarding languages, you are fluent in French and English both orally and in writing (Spanish and/or Italian would be a plus).Our Differences make our PerformanceAt Air Liquide, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders, and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
