The Opportunity We’re looking for an energetic Solution Architect to support our commercial team and customers to deliver our solutions.
Here’s what you’ll be getting up to: Consulting with Tyk customers
Supporting established Solution Architects (SA) daily, with the view to be able to deliver a customer Demo
Working with the SA’s Account manager, CSAs and assigned Support Engineer
Building a technical relationship with the customer and understanding needs
Working with Customers and SA’s to establish solutions
Participating in technical discovery calls with new and existing customers
Working with SA’s and AM’s to define customer needs and working with them to meet those targets and goals
Liaising with internal Tyk teams to deliver answers and solutions to customers
Building and delivering POCs, reference architectures, plugins and API definitions to educate and aid our customers
Updating customer database with meeting notes, progress and outcomes
This is the space where you get to use your extensive customer, engineering and Tyk knowledge to create fantastic concepts, push boundaries and help make Tyk great.
You should apply if you: A background in Technology or a STEM subject
Genuine engineering curiosity in ‘how things work’. We are looking for people who are technologists and engineers at heart and who are passionate about solving problems for our customers. We’ll teach you everything you need for this role and make sure you have fun doing it!
Nice to have: K8s or container experience
Developer skills (Go, Python or GRPC compliant languages)
