With plans moving forward to continue bolstering the strength of the team already present, there would be plenty of work available for the incoming lawyer. This work would involve advising on various will & estate matters such as power of attorney issues, wills variations, invalid wills, claims against estates, contesting wills, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for the incoming individual to help lead and shape the culture and work environment for years to come.THE REQUIREMENTSMinimum 8-year call to the BC BarBe comfortable with a billing target of 1600Have experience with working on complex wills & estate mattersPortable book of business a strong asset, but not required.
