We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Campaign Data Analyst in Campaign Analytics & Execution. This individual will be responsible for Campaign Analytics supporting all Wealth businesses.
The role will sit on the Wealth Digital, Data & Analytics team. The individual will support the new Wealth Leads optimization project to improve efficiency on current processes and generate incremental revenue for Wealth. This individual will also assist with sizing, execution, channel loading, and performance tracking for multiple wealth campaigns. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights and implement analytics/machine learning solutions to senior leadership.
Key Accountabilities:
Work with different stakeholders to support and implement the new Wealth Leads optimization project.
Be proactive in supporting all Wealth businesses, thinking strategically and working independently with minimal supervision.
Improve and automate current processes using a variety of tools to drive operational efficiency.
Research, design, and implement campaign reporting infrastructure that leads to automated and flexible reporting.
Work with internal clients and diverse stakeholders to understand their business objectives, scope, and KPIs, translating them into actionable campaign projects.
Produce dashboards, reports, analysis, and insights that drive decisions and help build better campaigns and experiences.
Manage and enhance daily/weekly/monthly campaign reporting to provide results and context, delivering actionable insights to senior management.
Manage, prioritize, and respond to ad-hoc requests.
Take the lead on campaign performance measurement and increasing productivity of all marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proficient work experience in the Financial industry and Consumer Campaign Management & Execution data analysis.
Demonstrated proficiency in working with large varied datasets, both structured and unstructured data, using SAS. Other assets include proficiency in AWS, GCP, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and Spotfire.
Post-Secondary education in Business Analytics, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Business.
Good verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively present analytics data to business users at the Manager/Senior Manager level.
Experience in running campaigns through design, execution, and performance tracking.
A strong passion for data, charts, analysis, trends, and evangelizing data usage.
Knowledge of BMO wealth products and understanding of current market trends are assets.
Self-starter with strong relationship-building skills; ability to thrive on a high degree of independence and ownership.
Experience in machine learning/deep learning algorithms is an asset.
Salary: $54,500.00 - $101,500.00
Pay Type: Salaried
The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the number of hours regularly worked.
