Missions of chapters are to drive excellence in specific competence areas, including best and next market practices, framework, and tools in addition to growing internal talents.As a Solution Engineer, you need to interface with customers and identify their needs. You are responsible for delivering the solution that supports the business requirements, using various technologies (COTS or other), products, and platforms. You need to interact with various and multi-cultural team members to provide the right solutions and expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesLead in delivering the identified solution.Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved.Work closely with Product teams to ensure products and solutions are available and working properly.Ensure that the solution developed complies with given architecture guidelines, specifications, and business partner quality requirements.Identify and propose solutions and features to fit product.Solve assigned issues together with the business.Analyze current technologies used and perform tech watch, build prototypes, and PoCs.Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates such as legal, customer experience, or other.Required Competencies & ExperienceYou have a Master’s degree in IT or similar with strong IT knowledge and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent communication and presentation skills (FR/EN). Ability to communicate across a broad range of people.Good executor/results-driven. Team collaboration – very good team player. Challenging, willing to learn, ambitious, enthusiastic, knowledge sharing. Actively improves the skills of others through training/coaching/mentoring. Knowledge regarding API (API Management, Subscription, Swagger...).
