Connect Appointments are recruiting Order Pickers to join our Bathgate based logistics client. We're seeking individuals to join the back shift warehouse team with part time hours.
What's on offer? Part-time available, across a variety of shift patterns:
- Saturday/Sunday
- Friday/Saturday
- Thursday/Friday/Saturday
- Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday
Due to location and working hours own transport is required.
With full training provided, working hours 6.30 pm until approx. 01.30 am, weekly pay of £14.27 p/h (up to 10pm), £17.74 p/h (after 10pm).
As an Order Picker, your duties will include: Using headsets, barcodes and serial numbers to locate the correct items for shipment, ensuring inventory is managed accurately. Combined with:
- Safely picking and packing items
- Completing necessary invoicing or paperwork
- Unloading deliveries and assisting with the distribution of goods throughout the warehouse
- Restocking shelves, and other general duties
- Performing warehouse cleaning duties if necessary
To be successful in this position, you will ideally have: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment; able to follow both written and verbal instructions; and able to work on your own and as part of a team.
