This is an exciting opportunity to join our Transition Team as a Senior Social Worker, working with young people aged 14-25 to help them achieve their goals and live independently.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Social Worker to provide professional supervision and support to our team, as well as undertaking safeguarding enquiries and using their professional judgement in complex situations.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of current legislation such as The Care Act and The Mental Capacity Act, and be able to work in a strengths-based approach to support our service users.
