Benefits Advisor

We are seeking a Benefit Advisor to join our team for a 10-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert knowledge of welfare benefits and Universal Credit regulations.
• Work in a customer-facing position, delivering high-quality service to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

Curo is a well-established Housing Association based in the South West, with over 15,000 homes under our care. We are committed to providing excellent services to our clients and communities.

As a Benefit Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to access the benefits they are entitled to, and providing guidance on welfare benefits and Universal Credit regulations.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welfare benefits and Universal Credit regulations, excellent communication skills, and experience of working in a customer-facing position.
