ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This client is currently looking to add a senior solicitor to their in-house corporate team. This is an exciting opportunity for the incoming lawyer to leverage their extensive corporate and technology law experience as they play an integral role in the development and advancement of the crown corporation’s internal systems and software. Being a part of a tight-knit and collegial group of solicitors, this incoming lawyer would be responsible for drafting and negotiating technology commercial agreements, as well as advising on a wide variety of matters requiring legal input and expertise. THE REQUIREMENTS Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing Minimum 6 years of experience with corporate / technology law Superb communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and a collaborative personality are strong assets!
