Job Description

We are looking for a technically skilled professional with a passion for shaping customer-driven solutions. As the Pre-Sales Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by working with both internal teams and clients to identify requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical product expert for satellite communications products, including those from Cobham, Iridium, and Inmarsat.
  • Support the sales team with product demonstrations, customer presentations, and pre-sales engagements to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure technical content is translated into customer-friendly material for bids, brochures, and technical service updates.
  • Capture customer requirements for internal and external product development projects, ensuring that proposed solutions meet both customer needs and technical specifications.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to refine product positioning and highlight key advantages of our offerings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive the launch of new products and services, including coordinating product evaluations and supporting training for sales and support staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, technical product management, or a similar role within satellite communications, IP networking, or technology industries.
  • Strong ability to manage hardware suppliers and understand product capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Project management experience and a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
