Their project portfolio spans across castles, churches, monuments, heritage buildings and walls, along with high end commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities: They are seeking an experienced Small Works Manager who takes full responsibility for multiple client construction projects from technical build direction, overseeing all logistics, creating work schedules for your team, allocating responsibilities, take-off, procurement, timely QS valuations and safety management.
