Why You?

As a Talent of the Broadwick Soho team, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.

As Host/ess, you will support the seamless running of the high-paced Flute Bar, by assisting the team to provide a highly efficient, smooth, and personalised service in line with the standards and with the flawless guest experience in mind.

You will support the team to create memorable and exciting experiences for the guest. You will be the welcoming face of the venue, taking care of all guests as they arrive and ensuring smooth and efficient seating. You'll also assist in handling special requests and enquiries.

You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What do we need from you?

• Experience in F&B operation and/or fine dining in a 5* luxury hotel setting
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work flexible hours including late evenings and weekends
