National Sales Manager
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid working – in the office 3 days per week, with fieldwork, home-based work, and UK-wide travel.)
Salary: Up to £68,000 per annum (Plus participation in the Company’s bonus scheme which could pay up to 25% of base salary plus benefits)

Our client, who is a subsidiary of a globally renowned business, is seeking a National Sales Manager to drive commercial growth and shape the future of their industry-leading organisation.

The Role
As the National Sales Manager, you will be a key player in the company’s growth strategy, responsible for leading its commercial sales team and expanding its market share.
This is not a role to maintain the status quo; the company is looking for someone who is eager to drive innovation, inspire their team, and make a tangible impact on the business.
Key responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and develop the national sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Grow commercial platform lift sales and increase market share.
Take direct responsibility for delivering 60% of the company’s revenue.
Develop and implement customer-focused solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
The company is looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and market expansion. You should be a commercially astute leader with a broad business perspective and a genuine passion for making a difference.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree or equivalent, or professional qualification.
Experience in B2B product/service sales, with P&L responsibility.
Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of success.
High level of emotional intelligence, authenticity, and inclusivity in leadership.
Ability to engage and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment.
A hands-on approach with a supportive, coaching leadership style.
