Site Manager

Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in Wakefield on a long term freelance basis. This will be working on 2, new build, steel frame industrial units. Job duties: * Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget. * Ensure resource allocation and availability. * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regularly to update on progress. * Delegate tasks to junior staff members based on ability, skill set and expertise. Experience required: * Detailed Project Management expertise with steel frame industrial units. * Previous experience with construction of industrial sheds from start to finish including car parks, groundworks, drainage etc. * Must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
