Together, let’s work towards achieving operational excellence and exceeding our customers' expectations.In this role, you will:Plan, organize, and monitor production operations to ensure that set objectives are achieved.Identify quality issues and collaborate closely with teams to implement corrective solutions while identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Ensure the availability and optimal use of resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to maximize production.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production and provide regular reports to the VP of Operations.Train and mentor leaders to enhance their skills and performance.Expected Outcomes in This Role:Implement initiatives to reduce production costs while maintaining or improving quality by optimizing resources and processes.Introduce continuous improvements in production processes by using modern tools and technologies to increase efficiency.Surpass performance objectives by optimizing cycle times, reducing downtime, and minimizing defects while monitoring KPIs related to equipment efficiency and product quality.Achieve daily and monthly production goals by adhering to defined quantities, timelines, and specifications while effectively managing production lines and resources.What We’re Looking For:A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.A master's degree (M.S. or MBA) is a plus.8 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing field and team management.Proven experience in a multidisciplinary team environment.Demonstrated expertise in implementing process improvements and promoting operational excellence.Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and systems.Practical mastery of production optimization tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, risk analysis, process mapping, and DOE methods.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.Good knowledge of SAP is a plus.You Will Be Offered:A dynamic and stimulating work environment, within a dedicated and inclusive team;Adapted workstations, in an open and bright environment, equipped with the latest technology to support your work;A minimum of three weeks' vacation upon hiring;Five paid holidays (in addition to statutory holidays) during the holiday season;Five floating leaves per year;Group insurance and a competitive RRSP program;An on-site gym with great workout and yoga sessions at lunchtime;Catering service at affordable prices with employer contributions;Reimbursement of membership fees to a professional order;Free parking and electric charging stations;Free coffee;Entertaining activities organized regularly by the Social Club.We are a fast-growing international high-tech company offering high-performance non-destructive testing solutions for the inspection of critical components.
