Job Description Are you a Senior Estimator or an ambitious Estimator with experience bidding (and winning) commercial interior projects? Do you have about 5+ years of successful commercial interior construction project estimation experience? Are you detail-oriented and focused in your approach to projects? Then read on... As the Senior Estimator, you will be working within the estimating team and collaborating with project management and business development staff within the corporate office to: Estimate project costs Negotiate pricing with suppliers Create and maintain a file of approved vendors Review contracts Strategically bid and win work You will be an integral part of the estimating team, working closely with all project stakeholders to bid, win, then deliver quality profitable projects.
