As Greenly's operations continue to grow, the need for an Editorial Content Manager for our media to strengthen our teams becomes more evident. Greenly's role is now to educate the market on a large scale by producing as much content as possible on climate issues in a wide range of formats.We want to move to a media model by producing different types of content:Video interviews with all the ecosystem's Chief Sustainability Officers (30-45 min long)Video filmed interviews with key ecological figures & influencers (30-45 min long)Short video formats on various topicsIdentifying subjects and themes for investigative journalismAny new topic that may be of interestOur Greenly social networks have added more than 100k subscribers. Our media now boasts more than 1,200 blog articles, generating more than 4 million visits a year on all CSR-related topics. We are currently transforming this media to offer a greater diversity of formats, such as podcasts, masterclasses, reports, and surveys.We have already welcomed renowned guests such as Bertrand Badré, Chris Goddall, Mark Jacobson, and many other international impact players.Reporting directly to Laurent, head of growth & media, and Arnaud, our co-Founder and CMO, this role will help us accelerate our notoriety and position ourselves as a reference on the topic. Your contributions through this role will play a pivotal role in our mission to create a greener and more sustainable world.Your Missions1. Launching Guest Acquisition Campaigns:Stakeholder identification: Identify and engage key players from the general public, experts, and companies (particularly CSR managers and ESG experts) to enrich content with diverse and specialized perspectives.Launch Lemlist campaigns to get our guests and plan their appearance on our podcasts, implementing communication strategies to attract new guests.Gather audience feedback to continually refine editorial strategy and improve engagement.Participate in the creation of strategic partnerships with companies and influencers in the field of ecology.2. Content Creation:Manage video production on all our formats (CSO interviews, influencer interviews) with our agencies in all countries.Implement the production and follow-up of data stories with our agencies, which are in-depth analyses of events from a climate perspective, using data to tell compelling and informative stories.Increase production of multimedia content, including videos and podcasts, to diversify communication channels and increase audience engagement.Partner with organizations and influencers to co-create content that amplifies the reach and impact of climate messages.3. KPI Management and Business Impact:Establish a clear policy of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content produced as well as the impact on target audiences.Use analytics tools to track content performance and understand target preferences and behaviors.Evaluate how the medium contributes to Greenly's business objectives, for example by measuring increased brand awareness and commitment to environmental initiatives.Provide regular reports on performance and propose strategic adjustments to optimize the overall impact of the project.4. Leading Greenly's Scientific Network:Develop and animate Greenly's scientific network with a view to creating authoritative content.Work to exploit Greenly Institute and statistical data to obtain press releases in authoritative journals.Minimum Requirements:A degree in IEP, Business School, journalism, or any other relevant field.A first experience (including internships) in a similar role is a plus.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong ability to work in a team while being autonomous.A keen interest in environmental issues and sustainable development.Strong writing and content creation skills.Proficiency in communication tools and social media management.Good oral and written communication in French and in English.Interview with Laurent Levrey, Head of GrowthUse Case at home and presentation of the case study with Laurent, Arnaud, and Chloé during a meeting of one hour.Use Restitution with several members of the team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
