Senior Technical Artist (W/M/NB) – The Crew Motorfest

Job DescriptionYou will work under the World Technical Director’s responsibility, who’s in charge of the team that determine, prepare, adapt and improve the world art tools and pipeline used throughout the production process.Main missions:Find and develop the best possible tools and methods to improve and assist the Art team in their daily workAct as a bridge between artists and engineers to improve pipeline’s quality, velocity and feasibilityTest tools before deployment and make sure they are fully functional for the productionInvestigate on tomorrow’s technologies to stay at the forefront of the industryProduce and maintain documentation on tools, methods, trainings, processes, and engine limitsQualificationsSolid experience as Technical Artist, ideally on AAA productionsHighly skilled in Python and C#, C++ is a big plusScripting in DCC such as 3DSMax, Blender and Substance DesignerExcellent communication, collaborative work and autonomyStrong background in art is preferredFluency in English (written and oral)Additional InformationUbisoft’s 19,000 team members, working across more than 40 locations around the world, are bound by a common mission to enrich players’ lives with original and memorable gaming experiences.
