Quality Manager

Quality Manager required for progressive Soft Fruit grower and packing operation. Must demonstrate strong leadership, proactive product quality management, high care experience, cross-functional senior leadership, and BRC audit experience.

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to proactively manage product quality
• High care experience/awareness to drive standards
• Senior level cross-functional work with other departments
• Hands-on experience with BRC, preferably leading audits
• Experience with top 3 multiples

Candidate must have good communication, presentation skills, and a strong team ethic. Experience as QA Manager or QA Supervisor in Fresh Produce or Fresh Food industry is required.
