As a seasoned B2B events sales professional, you'll have the opportunity to join a growing company that's launching a new exhibition-style event. This innovative project connects the emergency services sector through a unique event format.
Your role as a Business Development Manager will focus on representing the company at major events, driving growth, and developing the strategy for the launch event. You'll conduct market research to generate and qualify leads, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
The ideal candidate for this role has:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B event sales.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI targets.
- Experience working on launch events is a plus, but not essential.
- Articulate, driven, and able to work autonomously.
- Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
