Your Role
As a Talent and Acquisition Officer, you will:
Promote HCPC as an employer of choice, championing our aims and values.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new recruits.
Act as an internal consultant and advisor, guiding managers on recruitment best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and implement creative sourcing and selection strategies.
Drive positive action initiatives, ensuring a diverse and inclusive recruitment approach.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using innovative channels to attract top-tier talent.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Has a strong background in talent acquisition and is proficient with applicant tracking systems.
Can create and implement sourcing strategies that engage the best talent in the market.
Enjoys working closely with various departments, fostering collaboration across the organisation.What We're Looking For
