Data Manager

Lead a team of data experts in shaping the Master Data governance framework for a global customer care leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and ensure compliance with data governance policies for Master Data.
• Coach and train a team of Data Stewards, Analysts, and Specialists.
• Define data quality rules.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement best practices within the department.
• Oversee the characterisation of the Master Data governance framework.
• Work with the IT team to resolve data integrity issues and perform data cleansing activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data management and AP, P2P.
• Proficiency in Data Governance and SAP Master Data Management.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
• SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA Master Data experience.
• Leadership skills to guide and support team members.
• High-level project management skills.
• Excellent team management experience.
