Data Engineering Lead

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineering Lead to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our software developers, PowerBI developers, data analysts, and data scientists on data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects
• Designing and managing data pipelines for complex systems (ETL/ELT)
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms for data modelling

Requirements:

• Proficient in SQL Server and relational database management
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure (Synapse, Data Lake)
• Programming in Python, PySpark, and T-SQL

We are looking for someone with:

• Familiarity with data analysis tools and workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
