Duties of the Industrial Maintenance & Facilities Lead: Providing day-to-day leadership and expertise to a team of Factory Shift Engineers. Maximizing equipment uptime through expertly planned and executed changeovers and interventions. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives alongside Development Engineering. Ensuring your team meets deadlines and effectively managing contractors where needed. Holding Development Engineering accountable for creating effective SOPs, ensuring reliability, and considering design for manufacturing and maintenance. Overseeing workshop facilities, engineering stores, and factory amenities. Managing financial controls and budgetary responsibilities for repair, renewal, and consignment stocks. Previous experience in engineering/maintenance management in a highly automated environment.
