Customer Support Specialist (IT Sector)

Job Type: Full time/permanent (4 days in the office/1 at home) This is a great opportunity to be a part of a business with a wonderful culture, they work hard but have a lot of fun along the way! *No experience required, full training will be provided* Duties include: Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team Assist with user account management, including creating and managing user profiles and permissions Document all support activities and solutions in the ticketing system Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure timely resolution of issues Provide excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction with technical support services
