Your input will be key in driving the design function on various live projects, from tender through to construction completion. You’ll be collaborating with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver innovative, cost-effective design solutions. In this senior role, you’ll be managing multiple projects, applying value engineering principles, and ensuring design packages are completed on time and to a high standard. If you have a track record of successful design management across complex construction projects, this role could be your next step.   Responsibilities Lead design management across multiple projects from concept to construction. Work closely with clients, design partners, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, buildable designs. Manage design meetings and workshops to ensure design solutions meet client and project needs. Apply value engineering principles to optimize costs without compromising quality.
