Job Title: Graduate Environmental Coordinator

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Environmental Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our EMEA Graduate Program, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of environmental and quality management systems across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the certification process for ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 across EMEA
• Coordinate carbon footprint assessments and track implementation of action plans
• Assist managers and teams in defining and executing carbon reduction initiatives
• Maintain dashboards to track the effectiveness of environmental and quality initiatives
• Promote eco-responsible principles and practices across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and minimize emissions and waste
• Contribute to client tenders and responses
• Promote environmental and quality policies among staff through awareness activities and sessions
• Prepare and publish regular reports on actions taken and upcoming projects

Requirements:

• Legal right to work in France
• Master's degree in Quality and Environment related studies within the last 2 years
• Business fluent French and English
• Flexibility and geographical mobility
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Rigorous, autonomous, and organized with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
