This role will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence as well as above and beyond customer experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our sales targets.A day in the lifeDebriefing team on key objectives and deliverables;Analyzing KPI reports and coaching team to successfully hit metrics;Ensuring effective communication with team and store management;Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders;Balancing time between administrative and customer service tasks.What will make you successfulPassionate about coffee, sustainability, and eager to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees.2-3 years’ experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory softwareDemonstrated excellence in understanding and driving KPIsEffective time management and analytical skillsNespresso is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
