This position’s primary responsibility is to oversee operations, maintain client relationships, and grow the business by ensuring local offices are trained in BELFOR practices and protocols.

In exchange, we ask you to:
Ensure local offices are trained in BELFOR practices and protocols, working with General Managers to develop career paths, and supporting the effectiveness of all departments through coordination and effective communication.
The role involves short-term and long-term planning, implementing initiatives, maintaining consistency, and focusing on revenue-based performance.
Conduct weekly operational meetings with Operational Managers and General Managers to review previous month’s leads, sales, internal scorecard results, customer surveys, and satisfaction sheets.
Manage employee equipment assignments, usage of cellphones/computers, vehicles, and tracking of fuel consumption on a per office basis.
Proactively assess and communicate jobsite conditions and concerns that may be affecting the business to the President.
Manage financial management, planning, and controls for the region's office locations, providing monthly financial analysis to General and Operational Managers, tracking invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and developing strategies to improve profitability and project completion.
Support daily Human Resources and Health & Safety activities, conducting recruitment and interviews, ensuring effective communication, supporting training initiatives, supervising team members, conducting performance evaluations, and participating in performance management.
Review business development, marketing opportunities, and strategies to boost workflow and productivity, including local community-based opportunities.
Regular meetings with general managers, attending industry conferences, and identifying and incorporating new revenue opportunities are also essential.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in construction, insurance or restoration industry
3+ years’ experience in a senior level management accounting role
Intermediate to Advanced computer and/or tablet/iPad experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Google Suite, JD Edwards, Xactimate/Xactanalysis.
Self-driven to achieve goals and meet deadlines
Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR’s vehicle policy.
Willing to work nights and weekends when requested.
Periodic travel may be required.
