The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of mental health services, providing clinical expertise and guidance to staff, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement mental health service strategies to meet the needs of patients and staff.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to mental health teams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health services.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, nursing).
• Extensive experience in mental health leadership or clinical practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
