They are now looking to further strengthen their highly successful practice by hiring ambitious Senior Analysts and Managers into the Paris team.This is an incredible opportunity for experienced M&A Transaction Services professionals who want the same technical complexity as Big 4 projects, however in an agile, entrepreneurial environment that will drive your career forward and provide a platform for personal growth and success.Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects - predominantly financial and commercial due diligence, but you will also have the chance to cross over on forensic and dispute work as the team operates a 'no silo' structure.Responsibilities:Executing complex financial and commercial due diligence project workAnalysing financial data and identifying key trends behind the performance of a businessDiscussing business performance and forecast assumptions with senior team managementWriting reports that set out findings and recommendations around the key financial and business issues in a transactionHelping to develop junior colleaguesBuilding on and developing internal and external networks through personal contactsWho we're looking for:Educated to degree level at top business schoolProfessional experience gained in a large accountancy firm (Big 4 preferred)Prior expertise in Transaction ServicesFluent in French and EnglishInterested?
