The service is strategically positioned next to NHS Emergency Departments, ensuring efficient patient referrals and comprehensive care. Service: Out of Hours (OOH) / Urgent Care Location: Dorking Rate: £40-£55 per hour (Ltd or Sole Trader, increased rates over Bank Holidays) Role and Responsibilities: Take charge of clinical decision-making in urgent care services using the Adastra system. Conduct face-to-face consultations in clinics, home visits, and telehealth consultations. Provide care during both in-hours and primarily out-of-hours shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Collaborate with a diverse Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to optimize patient care strategies. Apply advanced clinical skills to assess and manage urgent medical cases.Candidate Requirements (Medical and Nursing): Fully Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Emergency Care Practioner on NMC. Masters Degree in Advanced Practice with formal recognistion as an ANP NMP (Non-Medical Prescibing) qualification, plus training in minor injuries and minor illnesses.
