People Services Hub Advisor (N/F/H)

As part of the France HR Department and reporting to a team of 6 people, you will independently manage the personnel administration for employees of the Adevinta Group's French entities.Main responsibilities:- Managing personnel administration, from the entry to the exit of employees- Guaranteeing the reliability of data and updating employee files in the Workday HRIS: transfer, reduction in working hours, change of manager, contract extension, etc.- Organising medical check-ups, monitoring deadlines, return visits after sick leave, etc.- Affiliation with our various partners (health insurance, employee savings schemes, etc.)- Managing employee requests via our HRIS software or forwarding them to the appropriate contact person- Completing legal declarations (residence permits, work accidents, workforce declarations, etc.)- Sending variable elements to the payroll team- Participating in cross-functional HR projects in collaboration with teams based in Paris, London or Barcelona.Qualifications- You have initial experience in the administrative management of Human Resources, ideally in an international organisation.- You are capable of adapting to changes as they occur, while at the same time being able to stand back and analyse situations and define the most appropriate solutions.- You are organised, rigorous and able to manage priorities- You have a good level of written and spoken English- Initial experience with Workday would be a plusThis position will be based in Paris.
