Role: Administrator
Location: Hitchin
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 30 mins lunch break
Salary: £12.82 an hour, weekly pay
OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Hitchin on a Temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent.
Duties of an Administrator:
Answer telephone & take messages
Input simple sales orders
End of day despatch checks
Invoice sales orders
Input purchase ledger invoices
Check purchase ledger statements
Chase up hauliers re customer deliveries
What we would like from you:
Previous experience as an administrator
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Available to start ASAP
