ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.Oversee all store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Foster a positive, inclusive store culture that reflects the brand's values.Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.Maintain and train team on in-depth knowledge of products and stay updated on industry trends.RequirementsProven success in a leadership role within a specialty store setting.Experience in the beauty products or fashion industry is highly desirable.Interest in and passion for learning about and leveraging knowledge of the beauty market, competitors, and products.Strong background in managing high-performance sales teams.Must meet minimum age requirements under provincial law.Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.Business acumen and Profit & Loss accountability.Outstanding problem-solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a feedback culture.Effective management skills with the ability to multitask, manage time, and work flexible hours.High standards of tact, discretion, and confidentiality.Corporate CultureCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career advancement within a growing global brand.A positive and supportive work environment.Employee discounts on our products.The chance to be part of a company that makes a difference.
