You will have the opportunity to develop within caring teams, on a human scale and in an international context.Within ING Wholesale Banking, you will be attached to the Structured Export Finance (SEF) team, which specialises in the structuring and execution of export finance transactions and - in the case of SEF Paris more specifically - in the financing of capital goods under cover of the French public credit insurer (Bpifrance Assurance Export).ING's Structured Export Finance teams comprise more than 50 professionals based in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Seoul, Singapore, Tokyo, Beijing and New York. ING is able to combine its customer / sector / geographic expertise to originate and structure high value-added transactions.In line with ING Group's strategy, the SEF teams focus in particular on financing sustainable projects (renewable energy, water, health, education, public transport, hydrogen, batteries, etc.) and define their mission as follows:‘We as SEF team deliver to our clients worldwide sustainable finance solutions and expertise to facilitate international trade & development.’Your ResponsibilitiesAs Vice President your key responsibilities will include:Developing and maintaining client relationships with exporters of capital goods and related services, importers/borrowers in emerging markets, Bpifrance Assurance Export, and other stakeholders involved in trade promotion.Prospecting and pursuing new transaction opportunities via contacts with internal and external stakeholders and networks. Supporting the planning of marketing activities in the export markets you are active in.Supporting and/or leading the structuring and execution of transactions including commercial and credit risk discussions and documentation negotiations, ensuring that all internal processes are correctly followed.Managing and monitoring relevant parts of the existing portfolio transactions, supporting/leading the process for waiver requests and contributing to annual credit reviews.Participating in external events and associations.Leading or participating in relevant projects.The ideal candidate:University degree in finance, engineering, or law.Several years of professional experience in structured (export) finance with proven track record in transaction management (e.g., as lead arranger/structuring).Strong knowledge of the Export Finance Product and network in the ECA market, with a strong focus on France.Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.Committed and commercially minded professional with attention to detail.And because, at ING, we believe that the well-being of our employees is not limited to stimulating assignments, we offer :Teleworking for all, up to several days a week, to achieve the right balance between on-site presence and home office.50% of the cost of your Navigo travel pass will be covered.Contributions to our employee savings scheme (PEE and PERCO). #J-18808-Ljbffr
