We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment and a passion for building a successful desk with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Source and attract top talent to meet client needs
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of recruitment software and systems
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
