Expertise includes managing production schedules with MS Project, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring superior quality through rigorous inspection processes. Holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the UK and a Must be able to Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality products across aerospace, mechanical engineering, and composite materials industries. CNC Setter/Programmer/Operator Generated and optimised G CODE using Siemens software for 3 and 4-axis milling on XYZ machines, reducing downtime by 20%. Set up and calibrated CNC machines, including tools, fixtures, and brass workpieces, and performed routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Conducted quality control checks using Vernier callipers and shadowgraphs, implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing principles. Collaborated with design engineers and quality inspectors to ensure high-quality output, leveraging mechanical engineering expertise.
